Brief Description
The sustainability of industry and the success of digital-industrial transformation are determined not only by technology but also by human capital. The competitiveness of the BRICS economies in the 21st century depends on the availability of motivated, professionally oriented, competent personnel who can work at the intersection of disciplines, use foreign languages as a tool for international communication and are ready for continuous learning. These qualities should begin to be developed at school. This is where the foundations of career decision-making, research thinking and cross-cultural competence are laid.
The project is a holistic educational ecosystem that combines three complementary areas: a multilingual natural science laboratory, a model of a career-oriented educational environment, and a parent career-oriented club. Together, they create a continuous vertical of training future personnel for sustainable industry-from early career guidance through informed career choice to the formation of world-class research and language competencies.
The Multilingual Chemical and Biological Laboratory "Young Biologists" is an interdisciplinary platform where students of Grades 5-11 conduct project and research activities at the intersection of biology, chemistry, physics, and foreign languages. High school students work with modern laboratory equipment, prepare the necessary documentation, and present results in Russian and foreign languages, thereby simulating a real scientific working environment. Adapted activities are being developed for younger students: scientific quests, workshops, comics, and videos. This is how a multi-level mentoring system is implemented, where older students become guides to the world of science for younger students.
The model of pre-professional career guidance environment "From Choice to Success" transforms traditional career guidance from fragmented activities into a systematic process. The model is built on three levels: interactive (Grades 1-7 — introduction to different professions through play and practice), reflection (Grades 8-diagnosis of interests and abilities, self-determination) and "test drive" (Grades 9-11 — career taster activities, obtaining an initial vocational qualification, confirmation of career choice). The key innovation is the integration of language training as a competitive advantage in any professional field, and not as an end in itself. The school has established two specialised Grade 10 classes: information technology ("Linguotech") and socio-economic ("LinguoSocium").
The Parents' Professional Club transforms parents from passive observers into active partners in education. Professional parents conduct workshops, organise educational visits to enterprises, and organise business games, demonstrating the applied value of school knowledge and forming a realistic idea of modern professions in children.
